Urban Moments is committed to ensuring our customers' satisfaction. If you wish to exchange or return merchandise, we will gladly accept your merchandise within 14 days of the original shipping date for an exchange, refund or store credit. If you choose to be refunded, your credit card will be credited within 5 days of receipt of any unworn, unused, unopened items. Shipping and handling on returned and exchanged merchandise is non-refundable.
Additionally, we are unable to refund gift box or gift wrap charges and cannot accept them as a return.
Merchandise must be unused, unworn and/or unopened -- merchandise that does not meet this requirement will be returned to the sender. All sale items are Final Sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
If item was damaged during transit from Urban Moments to the receiver. We will gladly ship the same item to you. Please follow the steps below.
  1. Contact us at customerservice@urbanmoments.com within 14 days of your order ship date to let us know you wish to make a return or exchange. Please note: Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorization.
  3. We´ll give you a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and the return address. Your RA# will be sent to you via e-mail with your confirmation approval for the return/exchange. Please make sure that this RA# appears on the outside of your package as well as inside the package with your product. We want to make certain your product is received and processed correctly.
  5. Please send your package Insured Mail via UPS or U.S. Postal Service. We cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit, so we highly recommend that you request tracking of your return. Customers are responsible for return freight fees. Also Note: Urban Moments will credit for merchandise only. Very Important: Make sure the items are well protected and packed well; if possible, please use the same packaging the items were initially shipped in. We cannot process refunds or exchanges for goods received damaged due to improper packaging.
